MS-Cloud | Your first access: For your first access, you will receive an automated e-mail to assign a password for the first time. Click on the link in the invitation e-mail and define a password. You can then log in directly to the system.
0:25 minMS Cloud | User interface / File overview: After successfully logging in, you can start directly with the data upload. We have already created a basic folder structure for you. This varies depending on the type of tax profit calculation (double-entry bookkeeping or cash basis accounting). Access the relevant main folder and upload the desired documents in pdf, png, jpg, csv, xslx, txt, xml, docx format (also possible via drag & drop). Important: Documents or files can only be uploaded in the respective folder.

All your data is also temporarily stored in the “Transmitted” archive folder, sorted by upload month, and can be viewed there. The folder is generated automatically as soon as a file is uploaded and is updated at regular intervals.
