Experience
Tanja Grün was a research and university assistant at the Institute of Financial Management, Department of Corporate Finance and Taxation, at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt. She then worked in an international law firm specialising in private clients and was appointed as a tax consultant in 2017. She also gained experience as a group leader in the accounting and tax department of a bank.
Tanja Grün also contributes her professional expertise as a specialist author for tax law. Particularly noteworthy is her monograph „Leitfaden verdeckte Ausschüttung“, the 2nd edition of which has been published by Linde Verlag, Vienna. She contributed her expertise as co-author of §§ 12 to 15 to the revision of the 6th, updated edition of the commentary on the Reorganisation Tax Act.
