  • Responsibility

    As an integral part of society, we are aware of this. We are happy to bear this responsibility sustainably and for the long term. We take steps and measures to make the world a better place, even outside of our core business. We are just as focussed on social and societal added value as we are on ecological sustainability.

  • Long term

    We attach great importance to long-term cooperation, as these partnerships prove to be sustainable. We would like to introduce some of our partners. The Lions Club Salzburg Papageni is supported in its regional focus of social activities such as donations to families in need, to a private social centre or to the Papageno Salzburg children's hospice. The Salzburg Amadea Lions Club also dedicates its activities to people in need, the Clown Doctors and child sponsorships, for example. The Home Base, on the other hand, focuses on direct help for people in need such as illness, addiction or homelessness: they provide support through food, companionship and care.

  • Children

    As the well-being of children is particularly important to us, we work together with the “Kinder haben Zukunft” association. This organisation looks after children in our country whose care lacks basic aspects and also supports them in education and training, health, therapies and aids as well as meaningful sport and leisure activities.

  • Projects

    We also provide meaningful support for specific projects: for example, we sponsor special motor skills equipment for break and exercise areas at a special needs school in Salzburg to provide children with special needs with equipment that promotes concentration.

Workplace health promotion

Our colleagues are the decisive factor in ensuring that everyone enjoys coming to the firm. In order to create the best basis for long-term and healthy cooperation, we have been participating in the “Workplace Health Promotion” programme of the Austrian Health Insurance Fund for many years. We have also recently been awarded the BGF seal of approval thanks to our focal points and ongoing measures.

Social Ambition

We want to shape the world.

The Moore Global network has always been committed to empowering people - our clients, our employees and the communities in which they live and work. With the introduction of Social Ambition, our global, network-wide strategy for positive social impact in all our activities, we are now taking this commitment one step further.

Annual priorities in the campaigns are part of the Social Ambition programme. In 2025, for example, the motto is “Moore Helping Hands”Volunteering and community care. You can also follow the activities of our network partners and us on social media.

Since 2022, all Moore companies have committed to our pledge of social responsibility. Each year, we report on our progress and measure our social impact against six key themes that align with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

    We are committed to ethical business practices and sustainable business practices along our entire supply chain and promote transparency and responsible corporate behaviour.

  2. Our environment

    We are committed to protecting the environment and working to preserve our planet for future generations through sustainable practices and climate protection measures.

  3. Equality, diversity & inclusion

    We promote equal opportunities and an inclusive working environment throughout our network. This means that everyone at Moore Global - regardless of background, identity or belief - can succeed.

  4. Social commitment

    We actively support and invest in the communities in which we operate, thereby strengthening their development and social cohesion.

  5. Education, employees & development

    We believe in the power of education and continuous development - both in our network and in the communities in which we work - to help open up new opportunities for growth.

  6. Poverty reduction

    We work across the network to combat economic inequality and support initiatives that open up new prospects for people living in poverty.
