Elektronisch betalingsverkeer in de bedrijfssector bevindt zich midden in een belangrijke technische omschakeling: de tot nu toe gebruikte MBS-standaard (Multi Bank Standard) wordt niet langer verder ontwikkeld. De nieuwe standaard EBICS <\/strong>(Electronic Banking Internet Communication Standard) - een geharmoniseerde Europese communicatiestandaard voor de veilige overdracht van bankgegevens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We zijn onze processen al voor u aan het reorganiseren<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Op de achtergrond werken we al intensief aan de overgang naar de nieuwe standaard. Indien nodig zullen wij contact met u opnemen, zodat wij dit samen met u effectief kunnen implementeren. Aangezien MBS aan het eind van het jaar wordt afgeschaft, moeten bedrijven dit onmiddellijk aanpakken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effici\u00ebnte import van bankgegevens in de boekhouding<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Een belangrijk argument voor het gebruik van EBICS is de mogelijkheid om banktransacties dagelijks automatisch door te sturen naar de boekhouding - door middel van het boeken van bankafschriften. Dit elimineert handmatige boekingen, voorkomt fouten en verhoogt de kwaliteit van de verwerking. De eerste vereisten hiervoor zijn een geavanceerde interface tussen de boekhoudsoftware en de bankserver, evenals overeenkomstige leestoegang tot de bedrijfsrekening, die bij de bank moet worden ingesteld. Dit staat centraal bij effici\u00ebnte boekhouddiensten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MBS als de vorige standaard voor zakelijke klanten<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In Oostenrijk is de MBS-standaard al vele jaren de gevestigde oplossing voor de overdracht van bankgegevens, met name voor zakelijk bankieren. Talrijke bankoplossingen zoals BusinessLine (Bank Austria), George Business (Erste Bank en Sparkassen) of ELBA MBS (Raiffeisen Group) zijn gebaseerd op MBS. De laatste grote update van deze standaard vond plaats in 2017 en er zijn geen verdere ontwikkelingen gepland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bovendien brengen niet-onderhouden IT-systemen veiligheidsrisico's met zich mee. Een overstap naar moderne, regelmatig bijgewerkte oplossingen zoals EBICS wordt daarom vanuit technisch oogpunt sterk aanbevolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat is EBICS?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

EBICS (Electronic Banking Internet Communication Standard) werd ge\u00efntroduceerd als een in heel Europa gestandaardiseerde transmissiestandaard voor bankgegevens en vervangt MBS. Het doel is gestandaardiseerde, veilige en grensoverschrijdende communicatie tussen bedrijven en banken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zowel MBS als EBICS worden gebruikt om bankgegevens over te dragen, zoals rekeningafschriften en betalingsopdrachten. De laatste versie van CAMT.053 kan alleen worden overgebracht met EBICS (bijv. realtime-overboekingen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aanbeveling voor ondernemers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Bedrijven die nieuw zijn op het gebied van betalingstransacties moeten nu direct beginnen met EBICS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Bedrijven die momenteel nog met MBS werken, moeten de overstap tijdig synchroniseren: De ondersteuning voor MBS loopt slechts tot het einde van het jaar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
